To guarantee your comfort and enhance your experience, we encourage you to first review our general terms of stay.
Espacio Resort offers four luxurious cabins that are fully equipped for a complete getaway. Accommodations are available on a bed-and-breakfast basis, with rates set at the time of booking. Espacio Resort is dedicated to delivering the booked services as outlined, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, etc.).
You can book your stay in three ways:
Payments for reservations are processed in Serbian dinars, using the mid-exchange rate from the National Bank of Serbia.
If a guest books accommodation at Espacio Resort via platforms such as Booking.com, the payment terms will follow the guidelines and methods specified on that platform at the time of booking.
If there is a no-show, cancellation, or shortened stay, Espacio Resort reserves the right to charge fees according to its damage compensation policy.
For reservations made through Booking.com, the cancellation policy specified on that platform at the time of booking will apply in cases of no-show, cancellation, or shortened stay.
Espacio Resort is committed to providing services with the care and diligence of a responsible organizer and is accountable for any failure to deliver services or parts of services. However, Espacio Resort is not liable for events beyond its control, such as force majeure.
Guests must follow the house rules and adhere to all regulations established by Espacio Resort. If these obligations are not met, the guest will be held liable for any damages incurred, and Espacio Resort disclaims any responsibility for any losses the guest may suffer as a result.
Children under 6 years old can stay for free. Children aged 7 to 12 are eligible for a 50% discount on the accommodation rate.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please report any visible issues at the reception upon entering your accommodation. Guests are required to leave the accommodation in the same condition as when they arrived at Espacio Resort.
We are happy to accommodate special requests, including cribs for infants, organizing events and activities, team-building sessions, and more. The entire team at Espacio Resort, from management to staff, is dedicated to fulfilling all guest requests to ensure your satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.
